Who we are

Resonant Partners LLC (“Resonant”, “we”, “us”) operates meetresonant.com, a website for our influencer marketing agency serving B2B SaaS companies and the creators we partner with. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@meetresonant.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Creator application — your name, email address, public profile links, audience details, and anything you tell us about your work. If you tick the marketing opt-in, we may also send you occasional updates about the network; you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
  • Booking — meetings are scheduled through Google Calendar’s appointment page, which is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
  • Usage data — analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog, which is hosted in the EU. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share your data. See Cookies and recordings below for what gets stored on your device and when.
  • Session recordings — where you have accepted (or where you are outside the regions listed below and have not opted out), PostHog records a playback of the page as you use it (clicks, scrolling, navigation) so we can see where the experience is confusing or broken. What you type into form fields is masked and is not captured. Recordings are stored in the EU and deleted after 90 days.

We also keep a short-lived, hashed record of the IP address behind form submissions to prevent abuse (rate-limiting and bot screening). The hash cannot be reversed into your IP address.

Cookies and recordings

How we treat this depends on where you are, because the rules do. We do not use advertising cookies anywhere, and we never sell or share your data.

In the EU, the UK, the wider EEA and Switzerland we ask first. Until you accept, nothing is stored on your device — no cookie, no local storage — and no session recording is made. If you decline, we still count the visit using a privacy-preserving identifier that PostHog calculates on its own servers and that stores nothing in your browser.

Everywhere else we set the cookie and record the session by default, and tell you so. You can opt out at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page, which is also how you change your mind if you accepted earlier. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and ask you first regardless of where you are.

In the client portal we always ask first, wherever you are, because those pages show your own commercial terms.

The one exception is a strictly necessary cookie on password-protected document links (/a/…), which only remembers that you entered the password. It carries no analytics and no recording, and the page cannot work without it.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, evaluate creator applications, schedule and prepare meetings, operate and improve the site, and (only with your opt-in) send creator-network updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers to run the site, each receiving only what they need: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Google (calendar booking), and PostHog (EU-hosted product analytics and session recording).

How long we keep it

Contact messages and creator applications are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation or application, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange unless we enter a working relationship. Anti-abuse hashes expire within days. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s standard rolling window.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@meetresonant.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the site.
